What Hot Spring Hot Tub Is Best For Me?

Working for Happy Hot Tubs, I spend most days trying to improve the customer experience when buying a spa.  People come to me because they want a hot tub, they know it will improve their life in some way but then the hardest part begins….the search.  As a consumer it can be a minefield, which company is right for me? Which brand should I choose? How much should I spend? All fantastic questions, but ones that could easily put you off achieving your end goal, improving your wellbeing.

I try and imagine what it’s like for someone to build up to a huge purchase in their life and make it easier.  Break that customer journey down into key steps and make it simpler.  Help narrow down the product ranges to two or three options that best suit them and their vision.

Well recently when I decided that I wanted a Hot Tub back in my life to improve my family time and give my children something fun, I got to experience that journey first hand.  And let me tell you even with all my experience and years of hottub use it was no easy decision!  But here is what I learnt.

Firstly, visualise what you want the hot tub for.  There is no point in investing in a 3 Person Jetsetter if you want to host Hot Tub parties with your friends and family when they come around for a BBQ.  Equally there is no point in opting for a 7 Seater Prism if you use two seats for 99% of the time.  Work out who this hot tub is for and narrow down the options accordingly.  For me I wanted a hot tub for my family that was easy to move around in, my children could have fun splashing around in but at the same time I could relax in after my bike rides or for that brief 30 mins of tranquillity once the kids were asleep.  That will give you two or three options in the Hot Spring ranges that will work for you.

Then it’s the ranges themselves.  Every single Hot Tub produced by HotSpring will give you a fantastic experience and will be cost effective and efficient to run.  After all they are built for two things, to give you the best hydrotherapy experience and to be the cheapest to run compared to other brands.  But it is like anything in life the more you spend, the more you get.  As you move up the ranges you get an improved massage, lower running costs and an increased warranty.

So firstly, the Hotspot range.  A fantastic range with the ever-popular Relay and Propel models.  Great value for money, great hydrotherapy and with FibreCor insulation, it will guarantee brilliant energy efficiency.

Secondly the Limelight range, sleek design with corner LED lights.  Silent Flo circulation pump to keep the water constantly moving and heating meaning reduced noise and reduced energy bills.  A thicker more efficient shell, a greater variation in massage jets and a colour control panel as standard and importantly a very good looking hottub.

Lastly the Highlife range. The patented Moto-massage - two moving jets that sweep up and down your spine is unlike anything else I have ever tried.  Full-Foam insulation meaning your monthly energy bills are safe.  Wireless remote control, a must have gadget! 100% Water Filtration with dishwasher proof filters! And lastly a full ABS plastic build that in my opinion are the best-looking models in the market.

So lastly, I know the big question on your lips, which one did I choose? Well for me it had to be the Sovereign mainly because I am a sucker for technology!
