We are delighted to offer FREE Returns (terms and conditions apply, see below for more). Please note this does not apply to Hot Tub Covers, see our section below on Returning Hot Tub Covers.

Returns Policy

  • Faulty or damaged item? Click here
  • You can return your online order within 60 days of receiving your order without having to give any reason. The items cannot be used, opened or damaged other than as a result of any necessary handling to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the items.  
  • The item(s) must be returned in suitable packaging. Ensure the items are contained in a box or bag depending on the item. Boxes for heavier bulkier items and bags for smaller lighter items.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the goods are not returned in a full saleable condition or are damaged.
  • Please ensure you include information about the order in your return. Order ID and Surname at a minimum.
  • Once your return is recieved, we will process the return within 48 working hours and you can expect a refund in 3-5 working days after this.

How To Return Your Items For FREE! (Excluding Hot Tub Covers)

  • Items can be returned at any of our 7 Stores or through the FREE DPD Returns Service using the below instructions. All items must contain a copy of the original order paperwork or a written note with order ID, contact number, name and reason for return. 
  • How to return if you have an account:
    • Login to your online account.
    • Visit the 'My Returns' section.
    • Select the relevant order.
    • Open a return request and fill out the relevant information. 
    • We will respond within 48 working hours. 
    • Follow the instructions to return the item for free using our DPD returns service. 
  • How to return if you checked out as a guest:

    • Fill out the relevant information. 
    • Follw the instructions. 
    • We will repsond within 48 working hours.
    • Follow the instructions to return the item for free using our DPD returns service.

Returning Hot Tub Covers

  • We regret we are unable to offer an exchange or refund on Custom Made Covers unless received damaged or faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
  • For stock covers, if you ordered an incorrect size, we can offer collection of the wrong cover and delivery of the correct size for a fee of £75 (UK Mainland Only). Please contact us on (online@happyhottubs.co.uk) or 02380 812769 to organise this.

Faulty or Damaged Items

YOU DO NOT NEED TO RETURN FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS. Please follow the instructions below.

Please report any damaged or faulty goods within 14 days of receipt for a refund or replacement. Please contact us via email (online@happyhottubs.co.uk) or Telephone 02380 812769

with your order number and details of the fault or damage, please attach photos of damage. We will then work to resolve this with you through replacement or partial refund depending on the level of damage and your preference. You do not need to return these items but please hold on to them until a resolution is reached.
