Three days at head office with the warehouse open, the Experience Centre running, and every pre-owned and ex-display spa out on the floor where you can actually climb in and have a proper look.

Twenty pre-owned and ten ex-display HotSpring spas, all checked over by our own engineers before they go anywhere near the warehouse floor. These are the ones that go first, so the list is worth having before the doors open.

Clearance list available on request throughout October 2026 while stocks last. The Warehouse Clearance Event runs Friday 16 to Sunday 18 October 2026 at Happy Hot Tubs head office. Opening times are 9am to 5pm on Friday and Saturday, and 10:30am to 4:30pm on Sunday. Over 30 spas, saunas and pools are included in the clearance, comprising 20 pre-owned and 10 ex-display HotSpring spas plus selected new models. Pre-owned spa pricing starts from £3,000 and varies by model, age and condition. Manufacturer backed savings apply to selected new hot tubs, Endless Pools, saunas and cold plunge products and are subject to availability and to the manufacturer's own terms. Exclusive giveaways are limited to the first 15 customers to place an order across the three days of the event, one per order, while stocks last, and cannot be exchanged for cash. All items are sold subject to availability and cannot be reserved by requesting the list. Offers cannot be used alongside any other promotion. Full terms available in store.
