The X2000 features two sections with independent temperature controls:

• Fitness Area: With our airless five-jet swim system, you can stay active at a comfortable 28°C. At 1.5m H, it's our deepest SwimCross for added core engagement and greater comfort!
• Spa Area: Unwind at up to 40°C with 34 hydromassage jets. Each of the four ergonomically designed spa seats features a unique jet configuration for total body luxury.

The Fitness Area features grab rails for balance and to anchor any fitness gear option. At 4.6m long, the Fitness Area gives the whole family plenty of room for fun and activity. You'll love the SwimCross swim system, which gives you a quality jetted swim with our smooth, variable-speed current.

To easily keep your water crystal clear, the X2000 swim area combines Ultraviolet C (UVC) with eco-friendly CD Ozone. This dual water-purification system needs very little chlorine. On the spa side, CD Ozone and a dedicated filtration pump help keep water fresh at all times.

How is the swim spa series different from the Original Endless Pool?

Our spas come as a acrylic vessel that is pre-plumbed, pre-wired and does not require assembly. The Original Endless Pool features a modular system that can fit through standard doorways for installation in existing spaces.

How easy is it to install an Endless Pool swim spa?

All Endless Pool swim spas come pre-plumbed, pre-wired and ready to use. All you need to do is fill it with water and hook up the electricity.

Where can I install an Endless Pool swim spa?

An Endless Pool swim spa can be installed indoors or outside. Outdoor spaces are particularly suitable: the model is placed in position, and you can be swimming that day. Indoor installations in existing spaces are possible if you have a large opening such as a garage door or a large patio door. Alternatively, these models can be installed in virtually any room with new construction. Our installation options include fully above ground, partially in-ground, or fully in-ground.

How much does it cost to operate?

The operating costs are about the same as for a hot tub or Jacuzzi. Costs can be controlled by utilising the appropriate level of insulation for your geographic location, maintaining an ambient temperature in the pool room, and keeping the pool covered when not in use, etc.

What maintenance is required?

Unlike a traditional pool, an Endless Pool swim spa requires very little maintenance. Also, the Endless Pool cartridge filter needs to be replaced every three to six months, depending upon pool use. Every swim spa uses an ultraviolet water purifier to reduce the amount of chemicals needed to maintain sparkling clear water.

What about humidity for indoor installations?

Humidity is always a concern when you bring a body of water indoors. Because the Endless Pool is small in size, it is easy to control humidity by keeping the pool covered when not in use.

Our swim spa series offers two cover options: the Watkins bi-fold cover/lifter and, for added security, the VacuSeal™ System. Both security covers can control 100% of the humidity when in place and are designed for easy of use by one person. 

Does the Endless Pool really work?

It really works! You really can swim or exercise in place against a current set at a speed you select, for as long as you like. No more trips to the local leisure centre. Imagine the convenience of being able to swim in the privacy, comfort and safety of your home anytime day or night. Because the current holds you in place, you never reach the end of your Endless Pool. This unique swim-in-place feature allows the Endless Pool to be much smaller than a regular pool, while providing all of the benefits of a full-size pool. The Endless Pool is so carefree it even maintains your favourite water temperature automatically!

Is it difficult to keep the pool clean?

Our dual water purification system combines bacteria-killing UVC lighting with eco-friendly Ozone to tackle viral and fungal contaminants. With its 24/7 circulation and hourly water turnover, you get ease of maintenance in a fresh smelling, low-chlorine system.

The Endless Pool uses an ultraviolet water purifier to help sanitise the pool water. This system uses ultraviolet light to destroy bacteria, viruses and algae. You must still use a small amount of chlorine to oxidise the contaminants. In most installations, a small amount of chlorine is sufficient. This amount of chlorine is substantially less than the amount needed in a typical chlorinated pool.

How often do I have to change the pool water?

The Endless Pool is filled with a garden hose. The water is changed every year or so, depending upon use.

Can I do aqua aerobics?

Yes, all Endless Pools models are excellent for aquatic exercise. We offer models with a range of depths to accommodate a diversity of sizes and uses. The E Series can accommodate our optional Underwater Treadmill; that gives you both the standard water depth and the treadmill area, which is elevated by 1m.

How does the Endless Pool compare to a lap pool?

Personal lap pools are usually one lane wide, about 1m to 1.3m deep and 15-25m long. The Endless Pool takes up much less space, is simpler to install (particularly indoors), easier to maintain and more economical to run than a traditional lap pool.

Is it hard to swim in the Endless Pool?

It usually takes only a few seconds to learn how to swim "against the current." Most first-time swimmers are so thrilled by seeing how easy it is that they pop up and say with a big smile, "this thing really works!"

How does the swim current operate?

The signature Endless Pools swim current is generated by a 40.6cm propeller inside a protective acrylic case that is driven by a hydraulic motor. The current is totally adjustable in speed from zero to a racer's pace. With the best swim current on the market, the Endless Pool current is much superior to currents generated by jets or paddle wheels. The Endless Pool propulsion unit can move a huge amount of water - up to 19,000 litres a minute - under low pressure from a large opening (53.3cm x 40.6cm) producing a river-like current.

Our Swim Cross Exercise System features our jetted swim current. Specially designed for these entry-level swim spas, the current features 5 jets, 5 speeds, and minimal turbulence. When used with our swim tether, you get gentle resistance for exercise that's as effective as it is enjoyable.

Can I get trapped in the current?

The current of every Endless Pool is confined to the center of the pool. If you want to get out of the current, all you have to do is take one step sideways out of the current into calm water. The pool has been tested by NSF and is VGB 2008 compliant to ensure that it is has been rigorously tested to prevent suction entrapment.
