These easy-to-use weekly treatments not only protect your spa, but are also proven to prolong the life of your pump. In fact we are so confident in these treatments, customers on Silk Balance will receive FREE pump and heater warranty and those on O-Care will receive FREE Pump Warranty, both inclusive of fitting*.

O-Care is a two-part conditioner solution that is trusted by many hot tub users around the globe! The product slogan of soft, safe and simple really explains the benefits in just three words! O-Care provides a simple way to reduce chemical usage and experience softer water in your hot tub all year round.

All plans are a minimum 12-month contract term (monthly and annual plans).
You have the right to cancel any of our plans after 12 months, by giving 1 months' notice in writing but any warranty/service will cease the day of cancellation.
If a monthly/annual payment is missed, your plan will be suspended until payments are up-to-date.
Your plan will auto-renew on an annual basis unless you give us 1 months' notice prior to the annual renewal date.
If on a water treatment plan (O-care/Silk Balance) this must be used weekly in the spa to obtain the relevant warranty.
