O-Care Terms and Conditions
O-Care Water Treatment Shipments
The O-Care will be shipped to you every 2, 3,4 or 5 months depending on the capacity of your hot Tub.
 
O-Care Dosing
You must apply a weekly dose of O-Care bottle 1 together with O-Care bottle 2 to your hot tub.  
To maintain your life time pump warranty you must apply a weekly dose of O-Care to your hot tub. If you stop using O-Care for any period of time then your life time pump warranty will be invalidated
 
Pump Warranty Exclusions
The lifetime pump warranty is invalidated if in Happy Hot Tub’s view the pump failure or problem has occurred because of:
- accidental or deliberate damage to the pump
- neglect or misuse
- unauthorised modifications
- unauthorised repair(s) or attempted repair(s)
 
Discount
You will receive a free box of O-care when you sign up. Minimum sign up term 12 months.
 
Cost
The cost is stated in the cover details of this document.  We guarantee the monthly payments will not change within your 12 month contract period. However we reserve the right to review prices on an annual basis, so the renewal cost of your plan may change in the future. If this occurs we will advise you of any price increase prior to renewal so you can decide if you wished to continue.
 
Payment
Payment of the plan can be made in one annual payment or spread across 12 equal monthly payments. After 12 months, if we have not received your written notice to cancel, then your plan will auto renew for another 12 month period.  If you have opted to pay monthly your payments will continue.
 
Missed Payments
If you miss a payment, your plan will be suspended until payments are up to date. We will attempt to contact you to update your payment details, but if we are unsuccessful then we may be forced to cancel your plan. Before we cancel your plan we will write to you to advise you of our intention to cancel along with details of any money owed.
 
Pump Repairs
If your pump appears broken or damaged then please contact our service team on 02380 812769, or email 
[email protected] book an engineer visit. The engineer will then determine if a repair or replacement is necessary. If the engineer visit finds a fault other than the pump, then the visit may be chargeable.
 
Cancellation of contract
You have the right to cancel after 12 months, but the product will cease the day of cancellation and no refund will be given. Please note your plan will auto renew after 12 months unless you give us one calendar months’ notice to cancel prior to the renewal date. Cancellations need to be provided in writing to Happy Hot Tubs, The Happy Farm, Winchester Road, Waltham Chase, Southampton, Hampshire, SO32 2LL, or by email to

Silk Balance Terms and Conditions
Silk Balance Shipments
You will receive 3 boxes & 4 GEMs upon payment of your annual plan, so that we fulfil your 52 GEMs required for the year.
If on a monthly plan you will receive the Silk Balance every 16 weeks.
 
Silk Balance Dosing
To maintain your life time pump warranty you must apply a weekly dose of Silk Balance to your hot tub. If you stop using Silk Balance for any period of time then your life time pump warranty* will be invalidated.
 
Pump and Heater Warranty Exclusions
The lifetime pump and Heater warranty is invalidated if in Happy Hot Tub’s view the pump or heater failure or problem have occurred because of:
-

Duration & Renewals
The Silk Balance Plan Agreement is a minimum 12 month contract. Your plan will auto-renew on an annual basis unless you give us one calendar months’ notice to cancel prior to the renewal date.  Renewed plans commence on another 12 month contract term.
 
Cost
You are receiving a discount on the first box of Silk Balance when purchased upfront. The annual cost is stated in the cover details of this document.
