Replacement Gas Spring for Hot Spring Cover Cradle II

This Happy Hot Tubs Replacement Gas Spring is compatible with the Hot Spring Cover Cradle II Cover Lifter. Replacing your gas spring is required if your current strut has become faulty or ineffective.

• Measures 41cm long (including fittings)
• Easy to install. Simply pop your old spring off and pop the new spring on. Fit barrel up and place the top stud on first. To make fitting the second stud easier, fold the cover in half and pull the cover back slightly (not fully fully back but just coming off the spa).

Please note that if you are replacing your gas spring in conjunction with a new hot tub cover, you may experience the cover pulling back onto the hot tub when the cover is back. This is because the new piston combined with a much lighter cover is forcing the cover to push back on to the hot tub. This is normal and it will improve over time as the cover and piston are used.
