High quality Relax Bromine Tablets are ideal for daily dosing of your swimming pool or hot tub, to produce free active bromine which kills bacteria and other potentially harmful organisms. These tablets are designed for use with bromine feeders and floating dispensers. They are round and about 25mm across, Bromine is more gentle than chlorine, has a weaker odur, works better at higher temperatures and across a wide PH band.

CAN I SIMPLY THROW THESE TABLETS IN MY HOTTUB/POOL WATER ?
No this is not recommended as the tablets would be harmful to users and could stain the hot tub surface, they are best in a floating dispenser, skimmer or in-line feeder.
HOW DO I SWITCH FROM CHLORINE TO BROMINE ?
Drain your spa, flush the pipes with a pipe cleaner and replace/clean your filters to ensure no excess chlorine is left in the system then re-start with bromine as your main sanitiser.
IS BROMINE AVAILABLE IN GRANULES?

ARE OTHER SPA CHEMICALS COMPATIBLE WITH BROMINE?
PH balancers, Anti-Scale, No Foam, Fragrances, Spa Sparkle and most common hot tub chemicals are compatible with Bromine.
- These tablets are designed for use with a Bromine feeder or floating dispenser
- When feeder device requires refilling with tablets always follow the manufacturers guidelines.
- Ensure tablets used in the feeder are the same chemical (Bromo-Chloro-dimethyl-hydantoin). If other materials have been used previously, wash out feeder thoroughly before adding tablets. Use only feeders designed for bromine.
- Adjust feeder to ensure a constant bromine residual is present in the pool or spa.
- Check bromine levels regularly with a test kit and maintain a bromine residual of 3ppm for domestic pools and spas or 3-5ppm for commercial spas and pools.
- Check PH value regularly with a test kit and maintain a level of 7.2 to 7.6.
