How much does the Freshwater IQ system cost to setup?
Startup costs (in addition to having the compatible hot tub) are £1,107 and are broken down as follows:

- On The Go Water softener (reccomended) £359
How much does the Freshwater IQ system cost to maintain per year?
We estimate the yearly costs at £520 per year, broken down as follows:
- Freshwater IQ Replacement Sensor £100
- 3 Pack of Freshwater Salt Cartridges £270
- Other chemicals such as test strips, salt and chlorine. Estimate £150 (may vary depending on usage/cirumstances).
Do I still need to test my water manually?
From time-to-time you will need to perform manual tests with test strips. For example, the system does not measure total hardness which is an important measure to make the Freshwater Salt System work effectively.
