Coming from a financial services background, most of my career I have spent looking after the health of my clients' pension savings and investments, much of the last 15 years working overseas. Returning to the UK for a fresh challenge not only do I still get to look after my clients' health and wellbeing, I also get to do it working with a fantastic company like Happy Hot Tubs. The way they really care about their customers' experience is a breath of fresh air. But they don't just talk the talk, they really do walk the walk too. Outside of work I love the outdoors, hiking, and playing golf and I need to get another dog back in my life.

I’ve been part of the Happy team since 2023 and loved every minute of it. I never knew how much care and passion went into hot tubs before I started! I have come from a very varied background, from Chalet hosting in the Alpes to working on planes, into coordinating house removals! My passion is people and wellness. I have always loved hearing about wellness journeys and love that I am now making home a daily spa experience.
In my home life, I spend most of my time down the farm with my horses. I love animals, festivals, and regular camping, holiday, or skiing trips, if not that then a good binge on a good series.
