These high quality Bromine Tablets are ideal for daily dosing of your swimming pool or hot tub, to produce free active bromine which kills bacteria and other potentially harmful organisms. These tablets are designed for use with bromine feeders and floating dispensers. The tabs are round and about 25mm across. Bromine is more gentle than chlorine, has a weaker odour, works better at higher temperatures and across a wider PH band.
FAQ's
Can I simply place throw these tablets in my hottub/pool water ?
No this is not recommended as the tablets would be harmful to users and could stain the hot tub surface, they are best in a floating dispenser, skimmer or in-line feeder.
How do I switch from chlorine to bromine ?
Drain your spa, flush the pipes with a pipe cleaner and replace/clean your filters to ensure no excess chlorine is left in the system then re-start with bromine as your main sanitiser.
Is Bromine available in granules?

Are other spa chemicals compatible with Bromine?
PH balancers, Anti-Scale, No Foam, Fragrances, Spa Sparkle and most common hot tub chemicals are compatible with bromine.

- When feeder device requires re-filling with tabs always follow manufacturer's instructions
- Ensure tablets used in feeder are the same chemical as these (Bromo-Chloro-Dimethyl Hydantoin)
- Adjust feeder to ensure constant bromine residual is present in the spa
- Check bromine labels regularly with tester to ensure bromine residual is maintained at 3-5mg/l (ppm)
- Check PH regularly with a test kit and maintain a PH of between 7.2-7.6
