Condition of Hot Tub	Spa has been owned and used for just under 5 years. The spa has passed its test and service and has been fitted with the following new parts; A new heater and a new jet pump. The cabinet has signs of wear and on the front panel, there is some discolouration where the steps have been placed. There are 5 cracked light lenses in the spa. The LED lighting system has been tested and is fully working.
