Terms and Conditions
If you are paying monthly for this plan you will not be entitled to make a claim OR book the annual service until 6 monthly payments have been made, however after this, full cover is available.
If you pay for the plan annually full coverage will be available immediately.
What is Covered:
We will need an engineer to assess your hot tub to determine if any parts need replacing before sign-up.
The plan includes the following parts:
Jet Pump(s)
Circulation Pump (If fitted)
Jets
Heater
Circuit board
Touchpad
Any leaks that can be repaired onsite by our engineer*
What is NOT Covered:
Parts not covered:
In-foam leaks (not visible in equipment compartment)
Out of warranty ACE cells
All Hot Tub Filters
Music Systems
Speakers
LED Lights
Pillows
Fresh water salt cells
NXT remotes (we will offer 50% off remote purchases for those on this plan)
Mineral cartridges
Flood and Weather damage are excluded from the plan, plus if it's not possible for our engineer to locate or fix a leak on site, then you (our customer) will need to pay for the removal & redelivery fee, which will be agreed in advance of any action being taken.
Free Out Of Warranty Call Outs

In the first instance we may offer troubleshooting advice to help you resolve the issue yourself, but if this is unsuccessful then an engineer will be scheduled to attend at the next available appointment slot. The cost of the engineer call out is covered under the plan, but any parts required are chargeable.
Priority Calls Outs
As a valued Happy Hot Tub customer you wil be given priority scheduling for any engineer appointments. Appointments lead times vary, but we will also endeavour to fit your visit into our diary as soon as possible.
Parts
Our engineers carry some common spare parts and accessories, but if they do not have the part you require then it may be necessary for us to order it in. In this instance our office based service team will provide you with an estimated delivery date. If we deem expert fitting is necessary then a further free of charge engineer appointment will be scheduled for installation.
Accessories
The plan does not include provision of any accessories eg. steps, cover lifters (with the exception of a rigid cover, but please see terms below). Consumables are also excluded from the plan eg. filters.
Gaining Access To Your Property
It is your responsibility to allow us access to your property so we can service your hot tub. If an appointment is made and we cannot gain access then a charge may be levied for the wasted visit.
Gaining Access To Your Hot Tub
It is your responsibility to ensure your hot tub is positioned with adequate space around the cabinet so our engineer can access all equipment and pipework. If an appointment is made and we cannot gain adequate access to complete the scheduled service or repair then a charge may be levied for the wasted visit.
Moving House
The Extended Warranty Plan will only be transferrable from one property to another if your new property is within our service area. If you intend to move please contact us on 02380 812 769 or
[email protected], to find out if we will be able to transfer your plan to your new address. If your new property is outside our service area then we may be unable to continue providing the cover on your plan. In this instance if you pay monthly the contract will be voided if you have paid enough to cover any services/products provided to date. If you have not paid a sufficient amount then you will need pay the deficit prior to us agreeing to void the contract. Alternatively if you have paid an annual fee and your move puts you outside our service area then we will refund you the pro-rata amount for any services/products not provided yet.
Transfer Of Ownership
If you opt to sell your hot tub during your contract period and have paid an annual fee then we will allow the remainder of the contract period to be transferred to the new owner if you provide their details. If you pay monthly then the contract can be transferred to the new owner if they provide payment provision to cover the remainder of the contract period.
Duration & Renewals
The Extended Warranty Plan Agreement is a minimum 12 month contract. Your plan will auto-renew on an annual basis unless you give us one calendar months’ notice to cancel prior to the renewal date. Renewed plans commence on another 12 month contract term.
Cost
The cost is stated in the cover details of this document. If you have opted to pay 12 equal monthly payments then we guarantee this price will not change within your 12 month contract period. However we reserve the right to review prices on an annual basis, so the renewal cost of your plan may change in the future. If this occurs we will advise you of any price increase prior to renewal so you can decide if you wished to continue.
Payment
Payment of the plan can be made in one annual payment or spread across 12 equal monthly payments. After 12 months, if we have not received your written notice to cancel, then your plan will auto renew for another 12 month period. If you have opted to pay monthly your payments will continue.
Missed Payments
If you miss a payment, your plan will be suspended until payments are up to date. We will attempt to contact you to update your payment details, but if we are unsuccessful then we may be forced to cancel your plan. Before we cancel your plan we will write to you to advise you of our intention to cancel along with details of any money owed.
Cancellation of Contract
You have the right to cancel after 12 months, but any plan benefits will cease the day of cancellation and no refund will be given. Please note your plan will auto renew after 12 months unless you give us one calendar months’ notice to cancel prior to the renewal date.
