Who can purchase Extended Warranty?
- Anyone who purchased a hot tub from Happy Hot Tubs is instantly eligible (site visit to check over hot tub may be required).

Important
- Does not cover hot tub covers, pillows, music systems, LED lights, Freshwater Salt Cartridges or removable control panels. We will offer 50% off remote control purchases for those on the extended warranty plan. Also does not cover accidental damage, flood or weather damage.
- *For leaks, removal and re-delivery charges apply if the hot tub cannot be repaired on site.
- You will not be able to claim until 6 months of payments have been made on the Extended Warranty Plan.

Terms and Conditions
All plans are a minimum 12-month contract term (monthly and annual plans).
You have the right to cancel any of our plans after 12 months, by giving 1 months' notice in writing but any warranty/service will cease the day of cancellation.
If a monthly/annual payment is missed, your plan will be suspended until payments are up-to-date.
Your plan will auto-renew on an annual basis unless you give us 1 months' notice prior to the annual renewal date.
