Includes Pressure Switch fitted and new o-rings for the thermistors (No thermistors included).
Please note you may need to strip the wiring in order to connect to the terminals on your hot tub. This would involve removing the clamps and stripping back the wire before securiing them into the terminals.
Diagnostics:
Pressure Switch Failure. The pressure switch is built into this heater. If your hot tub is suggesting no flow but there is clearly flow from the circulation pump and the filters are clean, it is possible that the pressure switch has failed and your shotgun heater needs replacing.
Hi-limit cut out. If you are getting hi-limit cut out but removing your filter and/or replacing the Hi-Limit sensor does not solve this, it is possible the heater unit needs replacing.
Hot tub not heating but no errors. In this case, usually the issue is the Heater Relay Board but it is possible that the heater element has failed (this is a rare occurrence). More likely to be the heater relay board here.
Leaking heater. If your shotgun heater is leaking, we recommend replacing it.
