AquaSparkle Instant Filter Cleaner is specially formulated to quickly and effectively remove oils, minerals, dirt and debris from swimming pool and hot tub filter cartridges. Designed for use as part of your regular filter maintenance routine, its convenient no-soak formula helps minimise cleaning time and reduces downtime for your pool or spa. For best results, use every two weeks, or more frequently where the pool or spa experiences heavy use. Heavily soiled filters may require a second application for optimum results.
Please note: AquaSparkle Instant Filter Cleaner is intended for regular filter cleaning and is not designed for soaking filters. If you prefer to soak your filters for an extended period, please refer to our Happy Hot Tubs Filter Soak.
APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
- Remove the cartridge filter from the filter compartment.
- Rinse the filter with fresh water from a hose, taking care to remove any loose debris.
- Thoroughly spray the filter with Instant Filter Cleaner, taking care to penetrate the filter pleats (veins) with cleaner.
- Leave the filter to stand for 15 minutes.
- Rinse the filter thoroughly with fresh water from a hose. Foaming may occur, so continue to rinse until there is no further foaming.
- Repeat steps 4–6 for heavily soiled filters.
- Once the cleaning and rinsing process is complete, the filter can be returned to operation.
DOSING/STORAGE
Handle products in a well-ventilated area, preferably outdoors. Ensure lid is replaced and sealed after use — store in a cool, dry place. Wash hands after use.
Recommendation: Wear protective gloves and eye protection. Use outdoors only but avoid use on windy days.
