5kg of Multifunctional Stabilised Chlorine Granules used for the Sanitation / Disinfection of Swimming Pools, Paddling Pools and Spas. These Chlorine Granules are ideal for daily dosing of your swimming pool or spa, to produce free active chlorine which kills bacteria and other potentially harmful organisms.

They are rapid dissolving and have minimal impact on the PH level unlike other cheap, poor quality chlorine. These Multifunctional Chlorine granules contain special clarifier and oxygen granules to keep your water even clearer than with standard chlorine granules.

Does Chlorine make your eyes sting?
Chlorine itself does not make your eyes sting but a high level of chloramines (used up chlorine) or imbalanced PH can cause this.
How do I test the chlorine level in my swimming pool/hot tub?
You can use chlorine test strips, a comparator or a photometer to test the chlorine levels in your swimming pool or hot tub.

Directions for use
  1. Maintain a Free Chlorine Residual of between 2 to 3ppm (parts per million) in your pool water at all times.
  2. To increase the Free Chlorine Residual by 1ppm in 50 cubic meters (11,000 gallons) of pool water, add 100g of Multi-pool granules. (eg. to increase Free Chlorine Residual from 1ppm to 3ppm in a 70m3 (15,000 gallons) pool, add 280g of Multi-Pool granules.
  3. Remove any water treatment products from skimmer before slowly pouring solution into skimmer.
  4. Pre-dissolve granules in a clean plastic bucket filled with pool water. Never add more than 100g per 10 litre bucket. Add Multi-Pool granules to water, not visa-versa. 
  5. ensure that pool circulation pump is running when adding this product. Slowly pour the dissolved solution into the skimmer basket. Operate circulation pump for at least 30-minutes after adding Multi-Pool granules.
  6. Re-test water after 30 minutes to ensure that the optimum chlorine residual has been achieved (2-3ppm).
  7. Never add this product when your pool is being used; do not allow pool to be used for 30-minutes after Multi-Pool granules hav ebeen added.
