To place an order we require you to complete an order form so we can manufacturer the cover to your exact specification. You can choose to complete this form online, or print the form and fax to 01962 766765, or return by post to Hot Tub Care Ltd, Stockbridge Road, Sparsholt, Winchester, Hants SO21 2NA.

When completing the form, please ensure that you measure the cover rather than the hot tub. We recommend you look at our measuring guide for tips and advice before measuring your cover.

If the shape of your hot tub is not shown in the diagrams on the order form please ring 01962 776766 and we shall advise you how to proceed.
