Non faulty returns

Subject to exceptions (see below), Happy Hot Tubs are happy to exchange or refund your purchase within 14 days of delivery. Your refund will be credited via your original method of payment.

Unwanted goods must be returned at your own cost in a fully saleable condition and in fully intact original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.

Non faulty return exceptions

We regret we are unable to offer an exchange or refund on custom made covers unless received damaged or faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Faulty or damaged returns

Please report any damaged or faulty goods within 14 days of receipt for a refund or replacement. Please contact us via email (admin@happyhottubs.co.uk) or telephone (02380 812769) with your order number and details of the fault or damage.

How to return items

Items can be returned in person at any of our stores (click here for store locator) or sent to Happy Hot Tubs, Unit G2, Fort Wallington Industrial Estate, Military Road, Fareham, Hampshire, PO16 8TT. All returns must be accompanied with the following information:

  1. Full name
  2. Address including postcode
  3. Contact number
  4. Email Address
  5. Order number
  6. Reason for return (faulty, damaged or unwanted)
  7. Details of any damage or fault
  8. Action required (refund or exchange)

To assist you with providing this information you can download and print a return form here. Please complete the form and enclose with your item so we can identify your parcel.

IMPORTANT - Please note we cannot process returns received without this information.

We recommend all returns are sent via recorded delivery or tracked courier service. If the item is high value then we also recommend you opt for insurance cover. Please note we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
