Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to the agreement between Hot Tub Care Ltd (Us, We), and the customer (You), and shall apply unless agreed by Us in writing.

We will send You a cheque for £350 within 1 week of delivery of goods, if the following conditions are met:

1. The offer is only open to the sale of full price hot tubs and BBQ Rooms
2. The sale must be at full price (special offers, and reduced price products are excluded)
3. The offer will be invalidated if we have already been in negotiations with the customer prior to your recommendation.
4. The goods have been paid for in full

Hot Tub Care Ltd reserve the right to refuse any applications it believes to be fraudulent.

Hot Tub Care Ltd will endeavour to send a cheque within 1 week of delivery, but will not pay compensation for any late payments.
