| We spent several weeks researching the purchase of a hot tub, and decided on the Neptune model for several reasons; it was manufactured in the UK, had all the features we wanted, and delivery was only 2 weeks. The staff at the Winchester showroom made me very welcome, and I would thoroughly recommend a visit. The day of the delivery ran smoothly, helped by an excellent delivery team, and our tub was up and running within a few hours. We love our new hot tub, and there hasn’t been a day since delivery when we haven’t used it! |
